Indiana Rhind is Cofounder and CTO at Farmwall, a biophilic AgTech and educational solution that helps build resilient, adaptable and sustainable cities. She is also an agricultural engineer and Founder and Director of Demeter Engineering, an agricultural engineering consultancy. She is passionate about end-user lead, circular economy based, and sustainability focused innovation in the agricultural industry, and encouraging the next generation of the agricultural workforce. Her passion developed through interacting with the farm at her suburban High School, sparking her love of and driving her to pursue a career in the agricultural industry. She now works to share a similar experience with other young people in hopes to encourage them to also consider agriculture in their futures.
