Dr Cathy Wilkinson is a leader with 25 years transformation experience in the environment, water and urban planning sectors driving major policy, organisational and operational sustainability reforms. Dr Cathy enables sustainability transitions as a CEO, advisor, academic and senior public servant. In the Victorian public sector, she led long term integrated land use-transport and water planning to guide multi-billion dollars of infrastructure investment and was CEO of the Environment Protection Authority. Between 2006-2013 she was based in Luleå, Sweden, and consulted to governments across Europe, led projects with the Rockefeller Foundation, the Arctic Council and African Centre for Cities and completed a PhD at the Stockholm Resilience Centre. She is an internationally recognised expert on sustainability, resilience and strategic planning.
