Belinda Thackeray is a horticulturist and educator with a passion for nurturing productive and sustainable environments. Working as the Program Manager – Community Greening for the City of Sydney, Belinda is developing strategies and implementing programs to connect local communities with urban agriculture and opportunities to participate in greening the city. From community gardens and Sydney City Farm to urban ecology sites, community planting activities and citizen science programs - residents are being guided through contributing to develop sustainable urban environments.
